1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any service offered by c7ccc (the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents form the complete agreement between you and c7ccc. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

c7ccc reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following such notice constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are aged 21 or above at the time of registration.
• You are accessing the Platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not been previously excluded or banned from any online gambling platform.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

3. Account Registration & Verification

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on c7ccc. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, payment method, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including any unauthorized access that occurs due to your failure to keep your login credentials confidential.

c7ccc may at any time request identity verification documents (KYC) to confirm your identity, age, and payment information. These may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or confirmation of your payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or closure of your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

c7ccc supports instant deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through local mobile banking services. All financial transactions on the Platform are processed securely and subject to the limits described below.

Accepted payment methods include:

• bKash — minimum deposit ৳200, minimum withdrawal ৳500.
• Nagad — minimum deposit ৳200, minimum withdrawal ৳500.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — minimum deposit ৳300, minimum withdrawal ৳500.
• Upay — minimum deposit ৳200, minimum withdrawal ৳500.

Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions. c7ccc reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing a withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding ৳50,000 or when an unusual pattern of activity is detected. All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your c7ccc account.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

c7ccc offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your account wallet and may only be used on the c7ccc Platform.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before a withdrawal can be requested.
• Bonuses expire after 7 days from the date of credit unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• c7ccc reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or cancel a promotional campaign at any time without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the c7ccc Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or bet.
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or glitches to gain an advantage.

7. Responsible Gaming

9. Limitation of Liability

c7ccc provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, c7ccc, its directors, employees, and partners disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. c7ccc does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.

In no event shall c7ccc be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including losses arising from service interruptions, game malfunctions, or payment processing delays. c7ccc's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that user in the 30-day period preceding the incident.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

c7ccc collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing. We employ industry-standard SSL encryption and internal security protocols to protect your personal and financial data. 11. Amendments to These Terms

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of c7ccc after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting support.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes between c7ccc and a user shall first be attempted to be resolved through our customer support team. If a resolution cannot be reached amicably, the parties agree to pursue binding arbitration as the preferred dispute resolution mechanism, in lieu of litigation. This clause does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
